15 grams Champagne Vinegar
13 grams Salt - Kosher
10 grams Crystal Hot Sauce
10 grams Garlic - Fresh / Minced
6 grams Shallots - Brunoise
5 grams Parsley - Flat Leaf - Very Fine Chopped
3 grams Capers - Fine Chopped
