The Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park, CA
2021 saw Chef Sulatycky at The Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park, CA, taking the helm of the lauded Madera Restaurant. Reaching the pinnacle of the culinary world, Sulatycky was awarded one Michelin star by the venerable French dining guide.
Head Coach Bocuse d'Or
Instrumental in guiding Team USA Bocuse d’Or to a world culinary championship silver medal in 2015 and historical gold medal in 2017. Lead Team USA to Bocuse d’Or Americas Continental Selection gold medals in 2018 and 2022.
Dorchester/ Beverly Hills
Robert concurrently managed Food and Beverage operations of two Mobil/Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond hotels - The Beverly Hills Hotel and Hotel Bel Air.
Four Seasons Hotels
His culinary career has taken him to the helms of the kitchens of Four Seasons Hotels in Toronto and Chicago. This was then followed by simultaneously leading the brigades at the Beverly Hills and Hotel Bel Air where he had the pleasure of cooking for Hollywood stars. Chef Sulatycky once again worked for Four Seasons, developing a restaurant and dining concepts for the new Four Seasons Private Residences in Los Angeles California, opening in 2020.
Mithra Winery in Napa, CA
Chef Sulatycky's passion for wine has also taken him to Napa, CA where he is the managing partner of Mithra Winery. A small production, boutique winery located on Mount Veeder. Mithra has a reputation of producing exceptional cabernet sauvignons.
